Hello! I am a bread lover and sometimes when I arrive at home and I'm hungry, I do this simple snack. It only takes a few minutes and it is really good, even to serve as an appetizer!
You only need a baguette, some tomato pulp and cheese (this time I used sheep's cheese, which has an intense flavour that I simply love).
All that you have to do is to slice the baguette, brush with tomato pulp, temper with some parsley and put cheese on the top. Then, take it to pre heated oven at 180 celsius degrees (356ยบ Fahrenheit) for about 10 minutes. You can serve this with some cherry tomatos or some wine.
