Lemon Muffins




Ingredients (For about 18 muffins):

225 Grams of flour
225 Ml of milk
100 Grams of sugar
100 Grams of melted butter
2 Eggs
2 Teaspoons of baking powder
1 Teaspoon of salt
Zest and juice of 2 lemons

Preparation:

In a bowl, mix the sugar, the flour, salt and the baking powder. 


In another bowl, combine the milk, the eggs and the butter and mix everything very well. Add this mixture to the first one and keep beating all the ingredients.


Add the zest and the juice and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture. 



Pour inside of the pans and take to pre heated oven at 180ÂșC for about 15 / 20 minutes.
