Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients (For about 12 muffins):

100 Grams of butter
100 Grams of sugar
100 Grams of flour
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon of baking powder
1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 Tablespoons of powdered chocolate
Powdered sugar

Preparation: 

Mix the sugar with the butter until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Add the eggs and keep mixing.

Put the flour, the  baking powder and the vanilla extract. Then, the chocolate.

Pour inside of the pans, Add some powdered  sugar and take to pre heated oven at 180ºC for about 20 minutes.  You can put more sugar to decorate once they are cooked! :-)
