Chocolate Brownies





Ingredients:

170 Grams of melted butter
330 Grams of sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
3 Eggs
80 Grams of flour
50 Grams of cocoa powder
1 Teaspoon of yeast
1 Pinch of salt (optional)

Preparation:

Beat the eggs with the sugar until you get a cream. Then, add the flour, the yeast, vanilla essence, cocoa powder, the melted butter and the salt. Mix everything very well.



Put the mixture on a baking pan (with butter and flour) and take it to the pre heated oven at 180 celsius for about 25/30 minutes.


Once it is ready, let it cool,put some powdered sugar and cut into squares.
