Green Omelette

Here at home, we are all big fans of eggs.
This is a quick and healthy dish. Take a look! :-)




Ingredients (For 1 person):

Boiled chicken
Olives
Spinach
3 Eggs

















Preparation:

On a frying pan with some butter, put the beaten eggs and when they start getting golden, add the chicken, the spinach and the olives. Wait a few seconds and turn the omelette to the other side. Let it fry until according to your taste.















You can serve the omelette with some cherry tomatoes. Absolutely delicious!
