Frosting Lemon Pie

Here's a simple recipe of lemon pie, great for summer! :-)




Ingredients: 


Puff pastry 

3 Lemons and their juice and the rasped peel 
Condensed milk - 1 Can
5 Eggs 
100 grams of sugar














Preparation: 


Line the pastry in a baking pan and do some holes  with a fork. 






















Put the five yolks in a bowl. 
















Scrape the lemons, remove the juice and add the condensed milk to the egg yolks. Mix everything very well and put the mixture on  the puff pastry and take it to the preheated oven at 130 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. 



















Meanwhile beat the egg whites, add the sugar and keep beating until you get a good  and strong meringue. 

Then remove the pie from the oven and put the meringue over it. Take to the oven again and let it bake until the meringue starts to get golden. 
Once it is ready, put the pie on the fridge  for about 1 hour. Delicious! :-)
