I am a big fan of quiche so today I've decided to make one for dinner, with a salad. Simple and delicious!

Ingredients:
A base of puff pastry
3 eggs
Half cup of milk
Tuna
Cheese
Mushrooms
Ham
Pineapple
Preparation:
Spread the puff pastry on a baking pan and cut the the excess.
Do some holes with a fork on the pastry so it will not become
bloated.
Spread the tuna, ham, cheese, mushrooms and pineaple inside the pan, then mix the eggs with the milk and pour over the mixture.
Put it in the oven at 180 degrees celsius (356 fahrenheit) and let it cook for 40 minutes.
Once it is ready, unmold it and add a salad. Lovely!
