Chocolate Cake

Who doesn't love chocolate cake? I am a big fan (specially in the morning, with my latte). This recipe is very simple, quick and tasty! :-)






Ingredients:

 4 eggs 
 350 grams sugar 
 350 grams of flour 
 1 teaspoon of baking powder 
 200 ml of oil 
 125 grams of chocolate 
 200 ml of boiling water 
 200 ml of milk (optional)

Preparation:

Beat the eggs with the sugar until it gets creamy.

Add the flour, the oil and baking powder.

Add the chocolate. When everything gets mixed, add the boiling water.

Put it in the oven at 180 degrees celsius (356 fahrenheit) and let it cook for 30 minutes.
