Mini spinach puffs

Cute mini spinach puffs! 






Do you remember the spinach puffs that I posted a few days ago? Well, my grandmother insisted a lot with  me to do it again and I decided to concede her wish. But this time I chose to make mini puffs and the final result was just fabulous! The process is exactly the same. 

Ingredients: 


200 grams of fresh spinach 

400 grams of cream cheese 
1 egg 
Salt and pepper (if you want to)
















Preparation:

Put the spinach in a pan with oil and let them cook until they  reduce in size. Then add the cheese and mix everything very well. You can add salt and pepper if you like. 
















Spread the puff pastry and cut into small squares and fill with the mixture. Close them and brush with the beaten egg. Let them bake in pre-heated 190ÂșC for 15 minutes.





















NOTE: Instead of spinach  you can use cheese and ham, chicken, tuna, meat or anything else you like!
