Ingredients:
4 tablespoons of oil
2 tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons of flour
Half of a liquid yogurt (you can choose the flavor)
1 egg
Preparation:
Mix the flour and the sugar on a mug.
Then, add the oil, the beaten egg and the yogurt (I chose mango yogurt).
Mix everything very well and put the mug on the microwave for 3 minutes.
Once it is ready, you can add any fruit or melted chocolate, or just eat it. I used yogurt but you can also use chocolate or orange (4 tablespoons of powder chocolate/the juice of 1 orange). I hope you enjoy! :)
