Carrot Cake

This is one of my favorite cakes. It is simple to prepare and so delicious!
You can also use the dough to do cupcakes, it is the same process! I hope you like this! :-)


Ingredients:


750 Grams of carrots
300 Grams of sugar
4 Eggs
Zest of two oranges

Preparation:

Boil the carrots and make some puree. 


Mix the puree with the sugar and then add the eggs. 



Put the flour and the orange zest. 
Take to pre heated oven at 180ยบ for about 45 minutes.
