Scrambled Eggs


For those days when you don't feel like cooking: scrambled eggs are the best choice. Really easy to do and you will only need a couple of minutes.





Ingredients:

3 Eggs 
Cheese 
Mushrooms (can also use beans, corn, spinach or something else)
Oregano 
Shrimp
















Preparation:

Firstly, boil the shrimp. Then, cover a frying pan with olive oil and place the shrimp inside. 






Once it is with a golden colour,  place the beaten eggs, the mushrooms and the sliced ​​cheese. You can put oreagano if you like. 









You can add a salad or eat it just like that! I hope you enjoy! :-)
