Peach Delight

Today it is Mother's Day so I decided to do something different. I made a fresh dessert, perfect for this sunny days. I hope you like the recipe and try it too! :-)






Ingredients:

320 Grams of champagne biscuits
1 Can peach in syrup (820 Grams)
600 Ml of cream
1 Can of condensed milk



Preparation:

Cut the peaches into bite-sized chunks.


Fill one rectangular cake tin with champagne biscuits and save the rest. Pour the syrup on the biscuits and reserve.


Meanwhile, beat the cream with the condensed milk until it gets thick. Add the peach and mix very well.


Cover the biscuits with half of the mixture and smash the rest of the biscuits and add it too. Then, put the other half, smooth it and take it to the fridge for about 5 hours.
You can decorate with more peaches if you want too.
