Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

This is ideal for serving as an appetizer and it is really easy to do! I am a mushroom lover so I really enjoy doing this recipe! 








Ingredients (For 2 people):

4 Portobello Mushrooms
Bell pepper
1 Boiled Egg
Mozzarella Cheese
You can also use tuna or chicken for the stuffing. I used chicken.
















Preparation:

Start by washing the mushrooms. Then, cut the stem and remove the stuffing.
















Get the tuna, the boiled egg, pepper and the chicken on a bowl and cut them into little pieces. After that just baste the mixture with some olive oil.



















Once you do this, fill the mushrooms with the mixture and put some mozzarella cheese.
















Take it to the oven for 15 minutes at 180 celsius degrees (356º Fahrenheit).
