Spinach and cream cheese pastry


I am a big fan of different kinds of pastry which are quick and effortless to prepare. Here's one of my suggestions: spinach and cream cheese pastry. I hope you try this one day because it is really easy to do!




Ingredients (For 4 People)

400 grams of fresh spinach
200 grams of cream cheese 
1 puff pastry base
1 Egg


















Preparation:

Bring to a medium-high heat a pan with some olive oil and add the spinach. Let it cook until they reduce in size.


















Then add the cream cheese and mix it all together. After this, you can put salt and pepper if you like to.


















Spread the puff pastry and cut into rectangles. Then, fill the pastry with the spinach mixture and foil it.




















Brush with the beaten egg and let it bake in pre-heated 190ยบ oven, between 10 to 15 minutes. Once it is ready, you can add a salad if you want to.
