This is a simple and healthy recipe: a fake wrap. I call it fake because instead of using bread, I used omelette.

Ingredients:
3 Eggs
Lettuce
Tomato
Boiled Chicken
Sliced cheese
Preparation:
Beat the eggs and do a simple omelette.
Once it is ready, fill it with the chicken, tomato, lettuce and the sliced chicken. If you want you can put 2 teaspoons of mayonnaise so the wrap can get tasteful.
Roll it up and voilĂ !
