Light Raspberry Musse

This is the quickest musse ever! :-)





I had some raspberries in the freezer so I decided to use them and make a musse. It is extremely soft, easy and simple.

Ingredients: 


150 grams of raspberries (I used fresh raspberries but you can use frozen raspberries instead if you want)

3 spoons sugar 
3 egg whites 














Preparation:


Start by grinding the raspberries in a bowl. 



















After that, mix the egg whites with the raspberries.














While you do that, add sugar, slowly. Mix everything until the sugar is dissolved and pour the mixture into bowls and lead to the freezer.
